About the Server Merge:
Don't you dare allow character transfers! The new server should be for players who don't want all the stress of cash shop items and endgamers, etc. Of course it wouldn't be fair for the people already playing the game, but if the people such as Azuria, Llamagenta (Or however it's spelt) with level 13 runes transfer over, everyone else is screwed.

Character transfers will not be happening with the new server.

an event for guilds to get +15 levels in new server would be awesome

Opening a forum for the server prior to the patch(Not to long before) might help with early guild forming.
