Able to Connect but after 3 minutes I'm disconnected?

Hello I am speaking for my older brother who is having massive problems being on Allods for longer than 3 minutes. We talk on skype while playing the game and so far we haven't had a problem until today. When he logs in after 3 minutes without fail, every single time we get disconnected from skype and he comes back couple minutes later and tells me the game closes out he loses skype connection then his net comes back up and all is fine. He plays world of warcraft and could log in for an hour just fine before he went back trying to play allods (were fans). We have forwarded his ports and no luck. We even did a direct connection by ethernet cable and still no go (thought his router bit it). His ISP is AT&T U-Verse (if that helps at all). Any other info you need (including a dxdiag.txt) pls let me know and I will get it for you. I just spent 20 bucks on this game and would like to quest with him. And btw I live 10 miles away from him and my play is flawless. Thanks for any help!

Is he getting an error code/message when Allods crashes?

Nothing specific just "Connection has been lost"

And you're losing your Skype connection too? Have you run a speed test on your internet connection at the time you're getting the disconnections? Try http://www.speedtest.net .

No offense but what would checking bandwidth speed do? He's able to play other MMO's and stream videos, music, etc. it's only when he logs into Allods is when this random internet reset happens. I don't think he's at home right now either cuz NBA draft lol. Hopefully he can post you results later.

Also mind you I was just using Skype as an emphasis to the bizarreness of the situation...skype isn't a focus I was just saying that to kinda explain better that everything just cuts out and the net resets after being logged in for few minutes

I only mentioned Skype because one, he was using it as indicated by you, and two it's another program that is using his internet connection. Something is occurring on his computer or with his internet connection that is causing it to reset. This does not seem to be a widespread issue with other users and Allods. However, I'm still trying to work with your brother, through you, in order to narrow the issue down.

Well brother I said no offense, I know very well what your trying to do and I appreciate every bit of it. Even when skype isn't running that problem still happens (maybe I should've said that in the first post--sorry). Again, I have nothing against doing the speed test...just gotta wait for him (Maicob33) to get back home I guess.

Unistalled game and went to reisnstall and its not reinstalling. Looks like it froze at the end. Will try again though.

sweet now we can move onto the next step hopefully one of the techies come around soon...clear your registry out with regcleaner or ccleaner
