1. You're more used to the game and its leveling process
2. Your reinc is easier to level

How can I be playing it wrong? The quests give x amount of xp and the mobs give crap xp per kill so expain to me how I am playing it wrong.....

Your pretty good for a new players. When I first started playing, I'd be so happy to get to level 15/16 within a week. Leveling in this game takes some getting used to, then you will pick up the pace.

15/16 WITHIN A WEEK?!
dude, this takes at the very max 2 days, if you're slow.

lool, yup. I believe I came from WoW. Allods was really my first real MMORPG. I was incredibly slow. I thought I was questing fast at the time too!

Ahh, I still remember playing my summy in dead sea when you needed incense for the damage buff. I remember sending my pet to attack a mob my level, and barely surviving the fight. Good times.

My record is 4-30 with summoner reinc in 5 days, but lvling a summoner reinc is very much like cheating
Main: Paladin - 51
Reinc 1: Scout - 51
Reinc 2: Mage - 35~
Future Reinc 3: Summoner farming bot :P

Sometimes I will spend a lunch break seeing how far I can get in an hour. Speed like that comes from familiarity with the quests and Allods in general though.

Allods is built around the quests and story. Unlike the standard F2P format it doesn't leave you without context for 10-50 levels at a time - you are always on a quest to help your faction or unravel a World Mystery.

I do realize not everyone is into reading quests though and many just want to get to endgame ASAP and start doing some serious Astral, raiding, and PvP, which is understandable. The developers are still working to improve the leveling experience, and we've already seen many improvements already. The change to fatigue, the endgame leveling curve, and the addition of Recruit's Chests and Lucky Moments were all significant improvements to help the leveling pace flow.

You don't need scrolls to level at a decent pace, but I would recommend popping on during the weekends for some Lucky Moments if you think you'd like to benefit form some double EXP.

Yeah, even now as im playing another fresh reincar i cant help but to stop and read the quest even tho i already know what to do, mind you i have NEVER done that in any other mmos at all lol.

To tell the truth tho Shock, lvling from scratch with a non reincar seems really smooth to me tbh, but my opinion still wouldnt count since i know what im doing anyways when compared to a newbie lol.

When I'm helping lowbies with quests, the common thing I hear is that they have to be the next level to accept the next quest chain(at certain zones).

Would it be possible to mail players one knowledge codex at levels 28(eljune), 34?(Coba Plateau), 37 or 39(Dragon ring - Yazes)? I say this because when was leveling my reincarnation, I had the old knowledge scrolls (ones that gave 50% of the xp required), I was almost xp and quest starved at those zones. If I hadn't popped them, I would probably been stuck there doing repeatable quests over and over again like on my progenitor. I'm most certain new players will get to that situation.

But other than those levels/zones, leveling was pretty easy.

Leveling was easier back in CBT. They actually increased the amount of experience gained so that players will buy scrolls from the cash shop which was pretty dumb. (They made cash shop scrolls so you could earn the amount of experience at a rate before Gipat patch lol)

Now I heard they got rid of the fatigue system, so you should be able to quest without any experience limits from day to day. But still if you realize what 'grind is", this game is actually grindy lol. You grind for quest mobs. You grind for quest items that can have 20% drop rate so you keep on grinding until you finish and receive a 5% increase on your exp bar as reward.

Making gold here is more grindy than making gold on WoW or Diablo which doesn't make sense due to the fact that the AH is not even competitive.

Problem kind of is that loot in this game just sucks and that makes leveling boring. I remember when i played wow i got usefull nice items when i killed mobs. In allods you just use every zone rep gear. Items are boring too. Only world bosses drop cool items, astral gear is just generic crap.

The only reason you keep bashing everything related to astral is because no one wants to carry your newbie [I Have a Potty Mouth] there.

Nah my char is veteran. It would be guardian, but i have rage quited like 3 times.

I don't really bash astral gear. I bash whole loot system. When you look let's say end game warriors weapons. How many differend 2h weapons there is? Most of players seems to use spear or mace. Why there can't be like 10 differend 2h spears, 10 2h swords, 10 2h axes and so on? Some weapons should be so rare that getting those is like winning in lottery.
