Server Merge - Character Names Update

Tensess and Nezeb have successfully merged into the new Yul server!

There will be an arrow located near the bottom of the character selection screen where you can scroll between both pages (if you have more than eight characters on the account) to access all of your characters. Remember that deleting any characters will not allow you to re-create the character slot if you have more than eight characters.

There has been a change with the way character names are treated after the server merge.

• Characters that have not logged in within the past 8 weeks will be prompted to change the character name with a pop-up window.

• If two characters with the same name both logged in within the past 8 weeks, both characters will be prompted to change the character name with a pop-up window.
The first character that logs in will be able to change the name to what it originally was before the server merge.

We understand this will cause some issues with claiming one's original character name than how we initially stated, but we have some some ways to address the issue through customer support.

Customer Support Requests:

• If you no longer have your original character name and you were the first to create the character name,please submit a support ticket to allods_community@gala-net.com with the following information -

Title of ticket: Name Change - Name Taken
Original character name:
Current character name:
Name of server that your original character was on:

• If your character did not log on within the past 8 weeks, we will not be able to assist with changing your character's name and you will be able to change your character's name with the pop-up window upon logging in.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause although we will work with the community over the coming weeks to resolve all name change issues. Thank you!

creat teness/nezeb user (depends on which server u played on) make the name same as ur main name and when patch come, change the name of ur main

I did that, but it seems if there was 2 of the same name, that name was up for grabs to anyone, so while i was fixing my mains names, someone else took my alts, that I already had on teness and Nezeb...But ce la vie, life goes on, la la la la life goes on....I got some good names out of it, so I am not complaining ....too much...
