im lvl 39 with lvl 4 patronage, but i dont have the regular customers quest.
the rune vendor only has the help runes options and trade icon, but no quest. is there anything i have to do to get the quest? (ps ive never done this quest before)

if not, u missed something in ZIT (if ur empire side)

yap ive done that quest too....im on league side.. the npc has no quest for me, this is really wierd.

Go to Cape of Good Hope in Siveria. If there are any non repeatable quests available do them. (Identifying the Pure is a possibility.)

The quest that unlocks the daily is in Cape of Good Hope.
