It is capable of running Crysis 2 like games.

??? what do you mean judging by the spec, all of the specs are the same except for the prcoessor. and i5 is known to be working extremly well processor and compare to AMD. i am aware that intel graphic card is crap for gaming but im sure it is capable of running allods, diablo 3 right??!? :(

No. Diablo 3 is fairly heavy from my experience (crap game anyways), and Allods requires nice card to run smoothly at endgame. I had to play at lowest graphics settings in instances to get semi-decent performance with 5 players around me. It was <10 FPS in GT...

Who said i5 is far better than that AMD?

They are very much equal. i5 has some extra side features that you will never use and AMD do not have them.
Besides that ASUS comes with 8GB ram, and AMD Radeon HD 6520 Graphics. Thats a very decent graphics device. It will let you play most of the recent hardcore graphics games. Allods will run 60+ fps even in laggy raids.

What more do you want? :D
You can google search some reviews about that Asus laptop, you will find very nice reviews about it.

What is your budget for a new laptop? I will recommend other laptops as well.

You could visit Newegg for parts if you wish to build a PC / upgrade your laptop. It's pretty cheap there.

I've had really good experiences with IBuyPower. It's like building your own computer... but they do the wiring better than I can, and it comes with a warranty.
