The PvP system is inherently flawed due to the introduction of too many cash shop ability boosts. Runes are simply the worst offender on the list.
Honestly? I couldn't care less. I've stopped being interested in competitive PvP in endgame because of many reasons, runes being one of them (especially the whole Runes=>pve=>pvp=>runes cascade that they've implemented), the only other truly major one being the high tier mounts, especially the combat ones like the Dreadnought and Overlord's Dreadnought.
If you want proper pvp, find a partner, camp the Gipat arena, take off runes, and go wild. That's about the only remotely fair pvp you'll find in this game.

that would be really bad marketing idea with how much people spend just to get 7s to do again just to play agian woould defeat purpose of reincarnation.....suggestion is instead of levl locking all those who pay......u get some money and upgrade your self

Perpetuates the problem and results in a no-win solution for new players. Either A. Quit, or B. Spend a boatload.

There's no weaning, just a "Go hard or go home" concept right now.

Instead of locking runes based on level they should lock runes for PvP. Lock them to level 6 and you might be able to call it "something rather close to that thing called PvP" :roll:

The only reason why I que for WH is the gear. But don't get me wrong I love challenging PvP, be it fps, rts or moba or mmorpg. But where is the challenge if you hit your enemy 100 times(if you hit at all :roll:) and then he 3 shots you? In WH I feel like a walking CC :lol:

So you mean something like only making runes for PvE?

How about open world pvp?, would runes auto lock as soon as you are flagged only in a pvp altercation?

Sounds like an interesting idea i guess, would separate PvP and PvE based on runes.

But to get better Astral gear (which is better than WH gear) you would have to do PvE which would require you to be runed...

Sounds ok to me.

Getting gear requires work. Spending tons of cash not so much. Runes could be changed so they only work against NPCs or disabled in Skirmishes.
inb4 PvP is all about skill: just look at all those high geared/high runed people that keep wasting their skills on me after I am dead/on last laugh while there are still enemies nearby :roll:

While the ideal Skirmish situation would be same gear, same runes for all mail.ru will never make this. Making the legendary Witch gear the standard gear and you can select between various pieces depending on stats would be perfect. Also add WH bows :evil:

What are you talking about dude. The cash we're spending: 1) Keeps this game afloat 2)Unless your mommy gives it to you, or you're some type of trust fund baby; requires ACTUAL REAL WORK.

Runes only work against NPC.. Please get real again. Dude like you said.. You're dead, but I still have to make sure there is no possible threat to me or my teammates. But again you're dead, and once I make sure you're not a threat, I move on to my next target.

Now your last paragraph, I wouldnt mind if they had PVP mode like that. But an additional one to the one we already have. (But then you are dividing the community even more into smaller segements. W/O more advertising, to get more players, I dont think thats a good idea) Theyd also have to add more WH gear sets for each class/build, because currently there is only set for each class/build.

But what you're trying to do; Is remove, what has been discussed in 100 other threads, the P2W aspect of this game. This game is too far in to remove that, and if it was removed/nerfed, there is a good possibilty youd lose the people funding this game.
