Why is everyone so hostile on these forums?

An actually skilled ranged scout can take on two people at once(if there's no pet class involved) if played right, no doubt. You have to actually play one yourself to be able to judge that, mate.

I am saying "CAN", because most scout players i've seen don't know how the hell to actually play.
Also stop it with these personal attacks, you're not getting any credibility or anything by doing that + only the stupid kids get aggravated.

"Old times" you say. I've usually been running around alone(you, for one, were almost NEVER without that pet healer), except when there was a whole group raping my [I Have a Potty Mouth], then i actually called people to pvp in nezeb/koe.
Whatever, i'm done with this game, just passing some time till guild wh0res gets released to the masses.

what was intended: "do you think it's possible for yourself (as a paladin) to maintain a viable pvp edge without the need of healing from others?"

what was said: "pet healer"

what was read: "yr a noob only reason you do well is because ten million healers spamming you...if they gone you would die like stupid noob you are"

what was intended as reply: "yes i would die, however, due to the design of allods pvp it is not only quite likely but also ideal that a healer be in the group always to keep the attackers alive."

what was said: "who u callin noob? u the noob i hate yr face"

it's not what u say...it's how you say it @@

I would have changed class a long time ago but i just cant, love my pally too much :D Crossing fingers hoping the next patch will get a rework of pallies^^

Not sure. Forums seem to bring out trolling where it isn't needed. Trolling is needed in game and works well when applied to your opponents.

While I think that pallies can/are effective in PvP, this is only possible when you outgear, out cs your opponent (solo), or in a group where you can work magic. A scout is naturally a good pick in that it allows you to pick off people at range or beat the crap out of them in CQC and doesn't depend on others. You could always roll the FotM Bard as well or even a Psi, but honestly I can't recommend with a straight face a Pally for PvP (solo, low CS option) purposes.

with tank build and blue wand. You pictures prove nothing just like picture above. Till they nerf kd (and they will soon) pally is weak in pvp. Even with kd nerf it wont shine it just will be more tanky.

ps if he wants to play 'plate' warrior is a better choice Scout is even better and bard / warden is definitely more fun
