Regalia Cloak Visualization [Poll]

Should show regalia when flagged and show equipment cape when unflagged.

I have no idea how this makes sense.

He means, when your PVPing, your cloak visualization would change to that of your guilds design. And when not flagged up for pvp it would show the normal visual of your equipped cloak

Yes, and this doesn't make sense. Most of the time people spend flagged is in A4 or raid instances, you know, where they want to view their nice cape.

Or let me paraphrase - WHY does it make sense?

What, make it visible while you pvp so you... "represent" your guild to the other faction, that doesn't even care? You should represent your guild to your own faction, AND not to mention that you have your guild name written below your name, so regalia doesn't matter, people know where you hail from.

I won't mind the option to disable the visuals of a regalia, btw, I voted for the suggestion.

This might not be a popular idea, but I think each guild should be able to get several (2-3) different regalia options.

They might be unlocked at guild level 15, then second one at level 20, then third one at level 25, etc.

The extra regalia creator might be bought from the CS or Guild Master.

If you treat each guild like it was a "sports franchise" (which have home jerseys, away jerseys, alternate jerseys, throwback jerseys, etc.) then we might associate a guild's image as its branding, its advertisement.

It would be cool if a guild's regalia looks different depending on whether it was defending in AC (home) or attacking (away), etc.

Just something I'd like to throw out. Maybe have a regalia that can only be used in your respective faction's capital.

Each guild would therefore have more options to look unique, stand out, and be like an Order of Knights or a House back in Medieval times.

If you're not proud enough of your guild to display your regalia, perhaps you shouldn't be wearing your guild's regalia.

Thanks for the suggestion. I like the idea and it would be nice if there was an option to show your guild regalia or vanity cloak. It would be cool because the Cloak of Chests was implemented after the guild system which means there are more possibilities of showing off your cape design to others.

It's not only about this - also the ability to just completely hide the regalia design, so the normal cape piece of equipment shows. In A4 there's some of the coolest capes in the game - I had one that was all green and almost black, it was sooooooo cool.

Very true, whole reason i made this thread. Some of the layer 4 astral cloaks just look sick but cant be seen.

I'd be very happy if I could just not see any of my capes at all.
I hate the way capes look on my toon (not the design of the regalia or the cape it self, but just the way it looks on my toons back). If my cape looked like a female arisen or elven female on my back I wouldnt mind it at all, but in xadaganians its just meh.

Also, when you are wearing wings and most of the vanity back items that arent skies, samovar or other capes, having the cape/regalia looks totally aweful .
At least hide it for me!

Excuse me mista GM's, was wondering if their was any more feed back to my thread.

Just to refresh exactly what i was asking for is the ability to still have the Champion Regelia equiped BUT to hide its visual design so as to which the Equiped Stat cloaks can be visable due to the fact some of them look really really nice.
