What can be done to fix this issue?

Wandering isle, I have done the palace 4 time's, but all 4 times my exe has crashed and i lost my buff.....this is my fourth time doing it to get my costume. I have farmed 200+ letters to push it and lost all of them every single time...this is seriously getting tot he point of being beyond rediculous.... If a GM can message me and somehow fix this, do so.

i feel you brother, i crashed 3 times after i was one of the main one farming letters. my suggestion is to let everyone else attack and just watch, that seemed to lower the problem.

Set every, EVERY graphic option to its lowest imaginable, force lower quality details, disable caching textures to RAM and should be fine.

By the way, for some weird reason I assume you run the game on highest settings, like I do... and that fight is quite heavy on the PC.

I built my pc, no lag what so ever on the pc side, but in some amazing way i just finished palace with some league pushing alongside me.

Most of the times it is the random game crashes that everyone is getting. I gave up on one of my toons till they fix it.

Always, always relog before starting the palace run. (And it helps to do it before any of the others too.)

*Rotten memory leak. Grrr.
