Class: protector
Role: dps/support
Kanian guardian: these devout fighters are capable of a powerful spell that removes one debuff from each party member.
Gibberling Defenders: This group of fighters have a special spell that mitigates all incoming damage by ten percent and is reflected back to the opponent for twenty seconds
Xadaginian White knight: The white knights are here to serve, and they can cast a spell that heals allies and increases their attack by ten percent for twenty seconds
Arisen savior: The saviors are able to apply a buff to the party that makes them immune to all damage for 4 seconds.

Armor type: magic leather until 20 then magic plate
Weapons: staff, mace, shield, sword, two handed sword, two handed mace (all magic stats ie perc, intel, wisdom)
Off hand: wand

The protectors are powerful soldiers that can tap into two attunements called Attunement of Reckoning (DPS) and Attunement of Guidance (support). The Attunements are unlocked at level one and are placed on the special class bar (the place that shows a paladins barriers, a warrior's combat advantage). The protector may only switch out of combat, to avoid using the powerful buffs and the damage at the same time, like another class that won't be mentioned :P

On the talent tree, each talent will have two different affects that happen depending on which Attunement the Protector is using, so for example, while one ability under the affect of Attunement of Reckoning will inflict damage and slow the speed of an enemy, the other side of the spell will heal an ally and give a small speed boost.

Spells
Tier one
Word of the Light
2 second cast time
Range: 40 yards
Under reckoning the Protector will slow the enemy and inflict x amount of damage every 2 seconds for 12 seconds. Under guidance the Protector will heal x amount initially then x amount every second for 4 seconds

Hastened Burst
Instant Cast
Range: 10 yards
Under reckoning the protector will explode all DoTs applied by the protector, inflicting x damage for each DoT exploded. Under Guidance the spell will burst all HoTs on the target applied by the Protector and heal x amount for each HoT exploded.

Holy ferocity
Under reckoning your next 1/3/5 attacks deal 5% more damage. Under guidance the selected target receives 10% less damage for the next 1/3/5 hits received.

Tier 2
All skills in tier 2 can only be used under reckoning

Judgement
Melee
No CD
Inflicts x damage and has a 10/20/30 percent chance to deal x additional damage every second for 3 seconds

Piercing Ray
3 Second Cast time
30 second CD
Fires a bolt of energy that bounces around 1/3/5 enemies within 5 yards of the original target inflicting x damage to each target. One ray may bounce between 2 enemies multiple times.

Dark Blow
5 second CD
Inflicts x damage every 2 seconds, for 10 seconds. Affect may stack up to 1/2/3 times and each stack counts as one DoT if exploded with Hastened Burst.

Tier 3
These skills may only be used under guidance
Salvation
40 yard range
No CD
2 sec cast time
Heals for x amount initially, then after 6/4/2 seconds heals for an additional x amount

Condonement
90/60/30 second cool down
40 yard range
2 second cast time
Heals the whole party for x amount

Restful Regeneration
4 second CD
Instant cast
40 yard range
Heals the target for x amount every 2 seconds. Effect cam stack 1/3/5 times

Tier 4
Abilities can be used with both Attunements

Wall of Strength
40 yard range
90/60/30 second cooldown
Instant cast
Summons a wall that is 20 yards wide that allies enemies will be thrown back if attempted to walk through. Allies can walk through the wall.

Protector's Globe
90 second CD
Instant Cast
A globe surrounds you and your allies within ten yards around you for 3/5/7 seconds that blocks all elemental and physical projectiles and reflects them for 50% of the original damage.

Protector's Chain
60 second CD
40 yard range
Instant cast
Summons a circle of chains that prevents enemies inside the chains from being able to get out for 5/10/15 seconds

Tier 5
Heavy Strike
20 second cooldown
Instant cast
Strikes the ground, that knocks down and inflicts x damage to all enemies within 5 yards. Can only be used under reckoning.

Pure Faith

Removes 1 negative affect from an ally

Tier 6

Totem of Heavenly Alliance
120/90/60 second cooldown
40 yard range
Instant cast
Summons forth a totem at the chosen location for 20 seconds. Under the reckoning affect,
The totem adds .5/.75/1 second to all casts of the enemy if it is within 10 yards. Under the guidance effect, the Totem will increase the energy regeneration rate of all energy users and decrease the cast time to spells by mana users by 0.5/.75/1 seconds.

Summon spirit
CD: 150/120/90
Instant cast
Reckoning: under the reckoning effect, a spirit of yourself charges in, inflicts 2 DoTs, hits for 3 judgement attacks, then uses Heavy Strike and disappears.
Guidance: under the guidance effect, your spirit applies pure faith to all allies, uses condonement, then disappears.

Holy Gift
Reckoning: when you explode a DoT with Hastened Burst, the target will inflict 5% more damage for each DoT exploded for 10/15/20 seconds, and also the target will be blinded for 2 seconds for each DoT exploded.
Guidance: when a HoT is exploded, the target will receive 5% less damage for each HoT exploded, and will be immune to control effects for 2 seconds per HoT exploded.

Weakness: much like the healing class, aqua morte's and CC is the weakness of the protector.

Archetype Name: Monk

Races: Monk (Elves), Sacred (Kanians), Exorcist (Xadaganian), Doom[Thunder] (Orcs)
Brief Description: The Monk is a Priest whose talents lie in hand-to-hand pummeling. As he smashes his weapons into the ground, he creates a holy ring, within which his stats increase. The Monk is also highly trained in evasive techniques, striking his floundering enemies with blessed force.

Role: DPS/Support

Special Mechanic: Every 5/10/20 combo hits, you will deal 1/2/4% more damage. Also after 20 combos, you will receive an aura for 20 seconds to increase your healing and your speed done.

Favored Stats: Paladin

Weapons: Fist Weapons or Paired Maces.

Example Skills:

Holy Crusher: The monk will punch the ground and cause a shockwave, stunning the enemy for 2/3/4 seconds. Deals 30% more damage if attacked from behind.
Cooldown: 10 seconds


Accelerated Punches: Quickly delivers 3/4/5 hits on 1 to 2 enemies in front of you. Can only be done close quarters.
Cooldown: 20/15/10 seconds.


Dark Twin: Summons a shadowy mirror image of you for 10/15/30 seconds to inflict 5/7/10% additional damage that you attacked physically. You attack twice instead of once.
Cooldown: 1/3/5 minutes.


Infernal Jabs: a 7 hit combo. Each Successful hit decreases your damage between 10~70% but will increase your evasive and speed for 2~12% more.
Cooldown: 2/3/4 minutes.


Mist of Heals: Heals you XX amount every 3 seconds for 18 seconds.
Cooldown: 35 seconds.


Black Lion: the god of knowledge that holds and immobilizes enemies while decreasing both their Physical and Magic Defenses for 5 sec, and increases mana regeneration 20% more for 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 3 minutes

Racials:

Divine Call (Monk)
Calls in holy images of Angels to heal you XX amount for 1 minute.

Phoenix Flare (Sacred)
Delivers Fire-like punches that burns the enemies 30% more damage for 6 seconds. There is also a 3% chance that it can spread through other enemies, and will deal 60% more damage for 3 seconds.

Master of Fists (Exorcist)
Buffs yourself an aura that increases your damage and endurance for 50% for 25 secs.

Speed of Justice (Doom[Thunder])
Increases your evasion, speed, and stamina 75% more for 10 secs.

Weaknesses:
-Never progresses beyond leather armor
-Has no defensive abilities
-more buffs, more threat
