I suck at PvP!

What is the main weakness of a Warden in PvP? The fact that they are so damned squishy. If you let a Warrior in range of you, you are as good as dead. So what is the bread and butter of Warden PvP? Kite, kite, kite! Guess what melee warden is really bad at?

And how long have you played as a melee warden? Two days? I've been melee for over a year and ive killed warriors who got into range when my pet died. I never said i mindlessly charge at them spamming lions blow. It's common sense to kite as a pet class, no need to explain it...and SP is just horrible for farming, sorry. Say what you want, but it is.

Comparing it with most classes, yes it is pretty horrible.

You have absolutely no AoE besides Chomp, which is worthless and you would be running out of pet energy at the speed of light. Even if you tried to pick up Bear's Blow it would be useless without the rubies that increase it's dmg. So I guess it's fine if you like killing mobs one by one...

2-3 secs for one mob, while 2-3 Bear's Blow swipes kills a whole crowd of them...and I don't really want to argue about this anymore. Maybe if all these SP Wardens actually knew how to play as melee and command your pet at the same time they wouldn't be whining so much. Most of the (few) good Wardens on Nezeb sure can play as both.

does melee warden need a build only for PvP or normal melee build is good for both PvP and PvE ?

Simple answer. Yes, Wardens are great PVP.

Can't answer melee questions with too much confidence, Ive only tested a melee Paired Fist once in pvp WH. It was made just to harass casters by draining mana, while amusing, I didnt find it that effective. If you went to a more DPS melee build, im sure you could get it to work.

No, wardens are not great at pvp. They aren't horrible, but not the best either. We have amazing damage, but fall over so fast it's not even funny. We are horrible 1v1, but pretty good in group pvp if we can stay back far enough.

Says the Lofa, who posts a 15-0 screenshot in PVP "Best WH Score". We are good. Just got to know the class. Looks like Lofa knows.

Kane one of the better (Top 10 Warriors Nezeb w/o argument, probably top 5, Ascendency Guild)

An equally geared/runed warden is a tough fight for just about any class. Good scouts give me the most trouble. Melee scouts will get you in a perma lock pretty much and forces you to use Martyrs Protection or hope you have Bark sheild with no Mages around. If you're fighting people who are much better geared/runed, you're gonna have trouble against most. If all equal, wardens are dangerous PVP and if not handled immediatly, can pretty much wipe groups w/ a little support.
