here is my current build, i decided to take mental cleansing finally, and with my unbalanced stats i got healed for 30-80k, and 12-20k per tick, total of 80-150k healing

While Mental Cleansing is viable this patch, i'm gonna wait till I get dual spec to pick it up, I feel its more of a PvP power and atm i'm focused on maximizing my a4 damage. Other than that your damage should be good in a4 once you get some gear under your belt.

The Mental Cleansing is more of an opinion thing, you could squeeze out more damage if you used the rubies for mental cleansing elsewhere, but i'm gald someone is making use of Cleansing, for a long time its been laughable, nice to hear its viable now.

first of all thanks alot for ur reply, and im glad that my build is confirmed as viable one at last xD (i was having serious problems with hybrid build :/), well,anyways i was having potent telekinesis R3, but it didnt proc. much, so what other rubies u might refer to for extra damage?

It heals like that now. Even slightly better
we got some extra HP now though.

I got a few 100k+ heals in PvP =)
Many around 50k, even the HoT.
