Need help with 1 ruby skill

im kinda new to bard and i recently bought some rubies to add up some skills and i followed some guide in this forum.
i have problem with this skill (Temperament) under the Elegy grid.
Description : Playing two Songs at once only consumes 4/3/2 energy per second, instead of 5.
it is not a action skill nor it help my other skills reduce energy used.

You can play 1 Song for 0 Energy.

If you get a second song, it will cost you 5 energy per second, making your regeneration rate 5 per second.

These rubies increase regeneration to 6/7/8 energy per second.

I'm confused with this as well. I run Elegy and Nocturne at the same time, both being songs I do not see any energy loss running those together. With those two up I am unable to cast my third song Allegro. Those are the only three songs I have as of now and see no energy loss running Elegy/Nocturne or Allegro/Nocturne or Elegy/Allegro.

Normal energy regeneration with 1 song is 10. Casting 2 songs reduces that.

oh ok I see now. I was watching to see my energy actually would drop while two songs played but it just affects regeneration rates as you use skills

you can only play 2 songs at once eihter way. theres a ruby skill that will give you a chance to play a 3rd, but only short term

30 seconds is not short term. It also increases damage and armor and chance to proc regen, making it an okay opposite to Muse's CD reduction.

Just curious, At what level do we receive our first song??

level 1 or 2. elegy is the first song learned during the tutorial area
