Suggestion for new Astral Ships(raid ship included)

Something I posted a while ago after I left Allods for Prius but now that I am back I am posting it again with a little more detail so it is easier to understand.

The primary focus of the suggestions is the raiding astral ship. All the features of the current ship design would carry over to the raider class but with the same parts installed the raider would be slower and less maneuverable(Better armed and armored though).

Added features for the raid ship are:
    2nd reactor to power goodies to follow.
    Hangar deck for boarding/repairing smaller ships listed below.
    Grappling turrets to recover craft or prevent the escape of target ships.
    Goblin flight crew to tend to the small craft.
    New option on the Visor for balancing the reactors and switching which reactor is running each set of systems

The smaller craft would run on batteries charged by the raid ship and don't have the ability to jump from sector to sector. They would be piloted by the controls you normally use to move around. All would have upgrades for battery, turbine, rudder, and motor.
    FIGHTER
      The name pretty well explains it. Features an upgradable cannon and shield generator. Won't be able to take many hits though.
    BOARDING SHIP
      This is for stealth attacks on main ships.
        grappling cable to connect to the ship your boarding. Upgrades to power draining functions with surge protectors to prevent/reduce damage from overloading reactor.

        cloaking device: Makes you invisible for a short time but slows you down. Upgrades for longer time and less of a speed reduction.

        Cargo hold to store your stolen loot(returned to original owner if destroyed).

        Optional upgrade Gremlins that damage the ship your connected to for a detraction but tie up cargo slots.
    LANDING SHIP: Used as Mobil re-spawn for raid allods and accessing normal allods while in a raid ship. Features cargo hold and deploy-able boarding device. Important note don't leave your raid ship completely unattended when visiting smaller allods or you may return to find it looted and/or destroyed.

oh I remember that post... holy crap, april 2011, that was a while ago :lol:

and as always (and I have made my own concepts and requests for these issues ever since) +1 to better astral ships and pvp fights. need moar.... moar.... MOAR :twisted:

One of my own ideas for smaller ships that could either be for solo-missions in astral or added to bigger, raid ships.

New types of Astral Ships
New types of Astral Battles
Astral Battle (A battle between Astral Ships)

The raid ships could be something that only the guild could create, and there could be pvp games that involve them. And even raid astral bosses.

Of course this would be incredible, but it's unlikely to happen :( I always wanted the developers to do more with Astral ships / pvp. Raid ships, dungeons where you have to fly your ship through cannons as demons jump onboard, etc etc.

Yep but I could have just as easily said tractor beams. Grappling hook cannons just seemed to fit the more seafaring look/feel of the ships.

Honestly, if devs had raised gt to 50 and added ships like this or a ship raid kind of thing, I wouldn't have complained.
