Seriously, fix the freaking psionicist class

If the devs ever cared to re-evaluate the psionicist, they would realize how immensely nerfed the class is at beginning levels. all the spells have incredibly long cast times to be useful at all.

Sure, the class polishes up a little better when it reaches mid to high level, but to even begin to level a psionicist is like trying to race a shopping cart versus a world of Ferrari-like classes.
