downloading functional files O-o

ok i started the laucher for the patch thing about 3hrs ago it finished the first thing updating from 2.0 or whatever to 3.0 which was 1236mb it finished that after 1hr but its been on downloading functional files for like 2hrs and its just 310mb and nothing changes what do i do?

Try closing the launcher and following the manual patch instructions.

Try uninstalling, reinstalling and doing the manual patch process with a clean install.

Do you have all of the latest Windows updates, Java installed and updated, and scripting/activeX enabled on your web browsers? Make sure to turn off any pop-up/script blockers as well as they can cause issues with the installer.
