rapid heartbeat is kinda a personal choice, i took then to get the easy way to the crit rubies.
i tried a build without fletching when i had the fod's, changed it after 2 sec of using cuz it took forever to enchant an arrow. plus you can quickly fletch a fire arrow in a boss fight to keep the dot running if u have them.

There are no bosses on PvP :)
But yeah, its uber annoying

im currently trying ur build alehart and i thougt it would be pretty bad without fletching and increase duration on branding but its not bad at all.i didnt tried it in pve like L4 but for farming KOE its fine and atleast you have all you need in pvp.with the skill that give 3 arrow of every type,its almost better then wasting 3 rubies for fletching.it just sux in WH and you die lol take so much time to recover them.for the branding its the only down side :( need to refreash it often so more energye lost but with good gear,cloth/leather often die before it wear off,same for mobs exept if you do astral.if i am able to get all my rubies one day i might be able to take them back.will see.

p.s:love to pew pew in smoke cloud when mage/range/caster cant :P perfect vs meele to not get charge also :) without it mage is a real pain

Whoever disagrees with Rapid Heartbeat is truly underestimating it's viability, from a melee scout stand point. I find they are very very helpful. Range wise idk anything.

You seem to have plenty of talent points distributed in your talent tree.

As for rapid heart rate like others said is quite optional.

I use crossbows so, skills consume more energy and cooldowns are longer.
Most of the time, I have to wait out for my cooldowns (recklessly spamming skills isn't friendly with a crossbow) and during that time I would have recovered all the energy I need.

So far I don't have any trouble dishing out dps and running out of energy in long fights.

Rapid heartbeats + Aura of restoration = Win. Instead of down time you are increasing your dps that much more.

They are newbie rubies, fact is you don't need them and they offer very little for 3 rubies, I mean 5 energy every 6 seconds? 5 energy is nothing...

As a melee scout you got flurry of blades which gives you 4-5 seconds of energy gaining, also you should have a fixed rotation and not just spamming skills, if you do that you shouldn't have energy problems.
Main: Paladin - 51
Reinc 1: Scout - 51
Reinc 2: Mage - 35~
Future Reinc 3: Summoner farming bot :P

Exactly! I have actually trained myself to use crossbows than bows ever since.
