Returning after a long time - need help

Haven't played since long before 3.0 came out and i see there have been massive changes to the class. I'm trying to reallocate points in talents/rubies for my lvl 30 scout but i'm completely overwhelmed and don't want to get it wrong since there is no free way to reset points. I saw some of the guides posted on the forum but they just seem to be tailored for end game and don't really talk about leveling builds and what rubies to get first, etc.

I don't care about PvP, so i'm just looking for a questing/dungeon build. Any info for around my level (talent spec + ruby allocation) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

now that weve gotten formalities out of the way.

stop expecting a spoon feed, youre capable of critical thinking, eh?
look at the builds/guides, whether youre range or melee, and go with what you feel is best for ruby order, or what you are lacking etc.

but seriously, scout builds are scout builds, dps is dps.
full on dps, or invest a bit in defensive stuff. your aim is still to dps.
for range or melee, its the same. there

If Allod's was reasonable and allowed you a way to respec using gold like every other MMO in existence, you would have a point. Since you can only resepc using real money, you are being ridiculous.

There are guides that "spoon feed" various Scout builds already, so it is hardly unreasonable to ask for one that simply focuses on a build before max level.

I thought the builds were fairly simple O-O, all you need to do is invest in what you need first, and the guides tell you which skills are the most important. Then for the rubies you decide which rubies you want first lol. Not that hard to figure out imo
