One stupid question about stats.

When you say Finesse from 25% to 40% what do you mean? ignore armor? and also get 4% luck you mean 40% crit? and same about the other stats...sorry but I am very new and not even english speaker, thanks and great guide by the way

I'm not sure why these % are even used they never accurately describe what actually happens. Example let's say you have 50% chance to crit then you look at dps meter... chances are you will crit about 75% of the time in PVE and 25% of the time in PVP.

These % always vary depending of the defensive stats of your target.

im following the full tank spec, and currently lvl 38, ive chose these runes so far. can anyone tell me whats the best runes to pick out of the full tank spec so far ?

Question, dodge and parry checks come before the block check right?

So if you get the rubies to increase your chance to block, does that decrease your chances of getting the dodge? Or if i block does that mean I did not dodge?

Also is stalwart defense outdated now or somethin?

Dodge, then block, then parry. If you fail one, then you have a chance to get the next.

Stalwart is a great ruby, though many don't use it. I know Maelieene actually uses it. It's great for PvP! You can pretty much spam taunts if you throw it on a healer or bard

Currently level 42 and starting to scratch the surface of endgame ( i think). Right now, i'm having a hard time with stat balancing and need a serious gear overhaul. What level is kirah and it's rep gear and is it worth to invest in the purple gear i hear that they have? I heard it's quite expensive and i don't think i have the gold to buy it.
