Does the questing ever stop?

Postby frenzicwolf1 » Fri Mar 09, 2012 11:49 am

I've played for like 5 hours so far, got to level 10. During that time, ALLLLL I did was run around, talk to npcs, and once in a rare while, kill a few monsters. Does that game ever change, or is it like this all the way through? If not, when does it end? Not sure how long I can take it.

The quests become more event-driven down the road, though you'll still have the occasional frequent fetch quest and monster hunt as you explore.

Agreed. This game is all about quests... And I've only been playing for like 24 hours of in-game time! Level 19, and I figure that it doesn't change a lot. You have different kinds of quests, but you always have a quest nonetheless. Personally, I love quests! They will have a nice reward once in a while, and the gear they supply helps give you a general idea of how gear should be. Questing also takes my mind off the fact that I'm pretty much grinding... xD

On a side note, xwillywonkax, the first thing I thought of when I saw your profile picture was the Doctor. =|

Questing is a lot more fun! (if you actually read what is written in the quest dialogs) and the rewards could really help you especially the World Mystery quest lines. Grinding is much much more boring and now I stay away from grind-fest mmo's and only play the ones that are questing based.
