well ive followed instructions to a t and its been 5 days now and no reply at all...

Want to know why you probably haven't got a reply?

I know at least 10-12 people that are spamming emails at them so ticked off wanting what they earned...I on the other hand are patiently waiting....still...so i can be told you played 9 days lol...we will see

people sending in replies to their replies should not effect their ability to send me a first response on mine after 5 days...and its not incoherent when they are owed items that they did not receive...when you promise something regardless if its free or earned you should deliver on that promise and not make people wait weeks or send you email after email after email to get it...and you have to know there is something wrong with the logging system when every single person was told you were on for 9 days..then they said oh well no its 10...at first it was probably 90 percent of tenesses server told 9 days..now after days of emails and so forth maybe another 10-15 percent have gotten the day 13 and 14 rewards and been told thats it thats all you earned...and we all know thats absolutely not correct...so as i stated...being patient and we will see...they are working hard and i dont envy those having to go through each account one at a time..its not fault of the employees the system is flawed in the way the days were recorded ))

yes ...and my prizes i didant get them...?when i will have the mount and the talisman,dont tell me i playd for this event to get nothing but pots and tomes of xp+event coins lol xDDDD and i am lvl 51 lol...!

Well, some people don't enjoy the game... They keep playing for their Guilds and Friends... Even Ninim said that the game was like a chore for her...

Because going AFK for an hour in-game must have been so exhausting.

well i must agree i did see some people in game afk allot in town just to say they were on...but those in my guild at least were not doing it cause we are extremely active. even if you only look at the circumstances its hard to say someone wasnt on all the days...i raided every raid..also bought gpots they can see with records about 10 of the 14 days cause was just starting working on my level 10 runes and so forth..started m reincarnation on day 2 and leveled it to level 30 which cant be done in an hour a day and then after patch got to 51 and finished all the quests and factions which also cant be done in less than an hour a day...and this formula holds true for many many many people i know...all that being said i have confidence in the end with a little more patience and probably a little more b itching it will all work out.....i got 4 griffon mounts so wth..im a happy camper lol..

yes ..normal i did all they askd,what i have to do more then send a thicket to them and tell them they messd up so bad...''many of my friends sayd :i go play else game cuz they playd so much and now they are not happy after this event'' it so bad or wat???i think its bad !sorry for my bad english but i think is normal to speak english and be french XDDD...i know players on same server, they got all the prizes and i playd in the same time whit them that sux so bad lol -TY....and i was online not afk lol

Please be patient everyone who hasn't received a response yet. We're working on the tickets emailed to us. There are quite a lot of them.

Sending in multiple emails will actually slow down your response. Since we are working from oldest to newest, sending in a second email will refresh the date on your email to the new date/time you sent it in.

Out of curiosity what day are you upto in these? I don't envy any of the people that have to go through all these must still have atleast 8+ days of them left.

Well it took 7 days but finally I received a response and all the items I had earned were placed in my inventory so as expected with patience it does work out...that being said theres at the least 12 of my guildmates not so happy..most are being told they were on 11 days and thats that no matter how many emails they send...kinda sad cause I can testify they were on far far more than what was required...so hopefully it will work itself out...Thanks Allods staff for a job well done !!!!

We still have emails dating back to the latter part of last week. Fortunately, the high influx of emails greatly reduced so now it's a matter of catch up. We're getting to them though!
