State of psis in 3.0

Are you satisfied with how we look compared to other classes both in PvE and PvP?
What would you like to see changed in future patches?

In my humble opinion, the slight nerf to Loop of Time was uncalled for. I'd love to see Mental Link be 1,5 sec cast base and instant when rubied. I'd also love to see Mental Overload reworked as in current state it's very outdated.

Changed? I would like to see choke become a useful DPS tool again. I raged when the mages got a similar tool with their new electric pulse.

Truth be told, I see no reason for MO anymore. All the skills that generated MO cannot really be spammed other than mental cleansing, and even then the heals are rather useless. If they wanted to prevent rapid debuff clearing, we can already do that, since by the point that multiple debuffs need to be cleared we no longer care about how much MO we build up, we only care about trying to stay alive for the next 10 seconds.

MO serves to simply hurt us if we fail to use the proper skills. It offers absolutely no benefits, similar to the scout's depleted resources. Guess what got removed?

Other than that... I want shockwave back, but that will never happen.

The ruby Convenient confusion is currently broken as well. The dmg with or without twin being casted out is exactly the same on any mobs. If u wan to try, do it on a dummy, u will see that it does absolutely nothing. :evil:

The only real problem with psis that other classess don't have is cast time.

All they really have to do is change our spells to insta cast with a cooldown equal to what the cast time currently is to fix this.
Still killing Disturbed through the ages.

Choke don't make it back to OP, but seriously.............why in the hell did you make it Astral Damage, that just doesn't make sense.

Ectoplasmic Form- why is the only thing that can go through this astral damage? All of our other powers draw on astral, so I don't understand how we can't defend against something we draw on for power?

Astral damage- why did you make elemental shields able to block this? Completely took away some effectiveness against mages and now their reflections can't be destroyed by WoB.

MO outdated, no point in having it we have enough to juggle with no insta cast spells that do significant dps.

Psychic Shock what happened to link insta proc, oh right you though that psi getting twin up too fast to defend themselves was OP

Psychokinesis our spam attack costs more mana than our single target nuke attack? Lolwut?

Mental Cleansing useless

FIX OUR DAMN RUBIES THEIR IS ALWAYS A SET OF RUBIES THAT NEVER WORK

20 second immunity for black hole, lol thanks for merging the stun duration and eliminating the possibility for psi's to work together, the only useful thing this power does anymore is place mobs so that OTHER classes can AoE them.

No crowd control on red mobs, gg

My psi is only 21 and I haven't played it in forever, but from what other people are saying, I can tell the devs forgot and stopped caring about psi's. They were once Allods's baby, the one class this game had that no other mmo had. Now it's like the abused child that's forced to live in the basement and live off table scrap while the other classes are doing just fine.

I truly believe psi's need some love from the devs. Stop nerfing the already nerfed.

I think you have not played a paladin, I got Psi inca from my paladin, and I love the psi, comparing to pala nowadays it kicks [I Have a Potty Mouth].

WTH are you smoking, paladins are actually balanced now. They are just crying because they can't insta kill everything like they could pre patch.

yup psi is slowly getting more crappy with mini nerfs all the time and bcos other stuff r getting better, like a freakin bard who can own us, like a mage that can cc better compared to hypno, which drains our mana n we cant refill mana without breakin links.

n our damage should be same as other class without our links, our links should be bonus considering it takes a long time to cast n long cd on ws without rubies

n we have 2 useless skills bcos maybe 1%psi uses it cos we don't have enough tp to waste on this skills 'mental cleansing(MC)' and 'choke'
even matyrs salvation is better for MC
mental overload should be just a debuff counter on the mob and mental clease should clease mobs debuff which will do damage oo thats an idea

choke is for visual fun- choke a low level demon, plz make it a channeling good dps or the same choke with aoe

wob only for farming though, not effective in group dungeons bcos it take so long to cast n sometimes when u cast the mob is alrdy lowlife and ur wall dissapears when the mob dies b4 ur wall can do sheetz.- make it a cast while dot plz

n ecto shield, i used to accept it to not block astral cos only psis can do astral damage psi vs psi makes sense, but bard why is bard astral damage? cooome on it dont make sense-make bard magical

n hypno should be max 3sec cast time cos if ws runs out of time u have to take a long time to cast again. with 3sec u can ws it and it cant move for 2 sec and hypno it again np

this is my 2cents or wuteva $ im w8ting to spend for these changes to happen lol
state of psi now? crappy if u r at endgame, fun when leveling, gotta switch build for effective 1v1 pvp, but so few psi, those who know plz support this maybe well see it in 2 yrs, i hope gm sees this and puts it in feedback cos i just thought of all this while i was gonna go agree with the crappy state we r in n headed for.

I smoke good blunts, but that does not concern this topic. I have not played paladin when they were OP. But I have played it for over half a year, and that's a class I started to tank dungeons. How many tank paladins do you see this days? All the tanks in out guild are warriors and all the paladins we had switching to other toons.
