Witch's Hollow becoming too repetitive?

Postby wizardpf1 » Thu Mar 01, 2012 7:11 pm

I was just going to express my thoughts toward WH. I think that if there were more maps(areas) it wouldn't feel very boring or repetitive. Every time i start a game i do the following: kill imps, kill more imps, kill more imps without having yet died, kill more imps, over and over again. The part where i am constantly on an imp killing streak probably won't change but if we had some newer maps or new features in WH it would make it more enjoyable after having done endless hours of it.

I've opened over 2.5k 3.3k strongboxes. 500k Gpots worth? lets reduce to 400k. I've gotten items totaling no more than 80k gpots. GG allods

You do know that you don't actually HAVE to do wh right? If it feels boring just don't go there, problem solved.

+1 I'd like to see more variety in AC and WH.

It takes time to implement more battlefields. So you will have to wait.

We're getting another battleground next patch...

Also, I find it hard to believe many empire are having problems killing you

AC should have some non-jungle settings as well. There should be a version of Witch's Hollow that resembles an Imperial base as well, since the current one does not look out of place if it were placed in Lightwood (aside from the Zem ruins of course).

they already took 2 years to put 1 battle ground while other games hav 3 - 4 at first day. i would say play other games like me is a the best solution :D :D

but anyway i also got bored after i have done like 100 matches per day in rift / swtor

Even worse, Witch's Hollow seems copied from another similar PvP battleground in a certain other popular MMORPG with a few cosmetic changes and having intra-faction warfare.

It's not like there are many ways to create a 3-points-to-capture battleground. Anyway, for me the weather in WH creates some variety - on a sunny day :D I can see the battles at the sawmill from the windmill, when it's raining or is foggy - I can barely see ahead of me.

Nevermind that, I will love more battlegrounds.

Peoples could also queue for AOD without queuing for WH. AOD never pops because dumbasses queue for both but since WH always pop first and join it automatically unqueue you from AOD. That's why AOD never pop. AOD is a nice format theres no running around between cap points, only killing peoples.
