Nope, everyone who actually tried and submitted a valid picture is a winner in my book. So, very shortly you will all receive 500 Premium Crystals delivered straight to your one of your character's inventories (a specific one if you listed one, otherwise your highest level character). Since you can spend Premium Crystals on any of the characters on your account it does not really matter which one it's sent to.

I worked quite hard on my drawing, and I don't recall rules stating art work can not be submitted.
Not to mention pictures from a camera are a form of art.
Mine was just not 3D.
