Vampiric Guide?

Postby babe20033002 » Mon Feb 20, 2012 9:36 pm

I am new to the game and I am wanting to make a Vampiric Summoner. I will be soloing until I absolutely HAVE to party. I do not PVP, only PVE. I am looking for a good guide showing stats and spells to use. I will not be using Item mall items if that matters at all. I know lots of games are item mall driven.

Plz no one start the "just make ur own character" stuff. I like to folow a build that I know is good my first time playing a game. Then once I have got the hang of everything, then I will start doing my own thing. I have been playing games long enough to know how it works best for me. So I would thank everyone to only post me helpful info only ty :)

TY everyone for your help :) Oh and I have looked around in the forums and everything seems to link a skill calculator thing thats in russian or something like that. I only speak english so would help if no one posts that link for me lol.

Below is my current build which works quite well.

http://www.allodsbase.com/calc#-3hx6cof ... 0dp7p4o7jg

It'll require 2 rubies from world mystery quests though, which is no big deal. I plan to get Wisdom rubies as I get more ruby points. It's crazy how useful the stat rubies are at higher level. For example I get +30 perception, which is pretty much an entire extra item with perception from rubies.

I suggest starting with the Putrefy tree first then Vampirism except for the lower half then Acid Bolt and back to Vampirism from then on.

Others with more experience may chime in, but be prepared to be flame; this game is filled with elitist jerks.

Would actually rather go with this:

almost the same just without the bloodbank ruby and bloodtap ruby (you'll be using martyr's salvation to get mana up anyway so you level pat) and the talent tree is only until you unlock the next tier of skills on the tree.

Yes we place stats. I just dump all of mine into Luck thus far. Stats recently change so at this point am in the dark regarding what would be best. Typically dumping into 1 of the primaries works pretty good as then your equipment can more then enough keep up the others. Something to consider is we've rubies for all of our primary stats except for Luck.

Biggest problem I have is determining the maximum Talents and Rubies. Based off the latest Russian calculator you'll have 61 Talents and 42 Rubies with zero world mysteries and zero other bonuses. Currently I've 3 bonus rubies so the below build will be what I have at 51.

http://www.allodsbase.com/calc#-3hx6cof ... 4dt7p4o7jg

Bloodtap is good early on, but as you level it becomes more and more useless. You'll find blood will come pretty quickly and the mana it offers is a joke unless is R3, which is a waste. So dump it later levels in favor of more Wisdom. Also note you need at least R1 of Bloodbank because it'll allow you to HoD twice in a row. Without it you'll HoD then need to generate 2 more blood before you can HoD, which isn't optimal.

With my above build if you get any further bonus Rubies you should dump them into the last Wisdom ruby then the 2 Stamina rubies to get more health. This is pretty critical for you and your pet when Soloing. Not so much if all you do is group though.

Basically if you're level 51 and completed all world mysteries (not hard to accomplish) you should have the below.

Honestly, the perception rubies are a waste, as they require you to take 5 total rubies for a not so big bonus in stats that can be balanced out with gear, especially during leveling.

I'd rather go for Debilitating Plague with those, and take reduced mana cost for dots.

Since it's a vamp build, a two-handed weapon is a must (higher faith bonus == more mana).

This is the build I've been rolling with so far http://ru.allodsbase.com/calc#a71xmf8vgvppxyge60hts1oe30y16dt5r4p7jg
It cooks, it slices, it dices. It's a jack of all trades build that first specs dps, then crowd control and heals, and it works like a charm in a4. It also has a healer reinc backing it, and 1 extra talent point from a strongbox(acquirable via collector's coins) and 2 extra rubies.
I'll tell you one thing though. If you want your character to be REALLY good, it takes more than good build. Pick one, stick with it, and learn what you can of the class, and it's abilities. Learn to use them both in pvp and pve, and learn what roles you can fulfill, and which of them fit your playstyle.
The Summoner is t he most versatile class in the game, it has something to offer for almost everyone.

For a freshly leveling person they kind of are for the fact they come for 5 rubies, she's right for that part, in the end one wants ALL perc int and wis rubies anyways though.
