the title pretty mutch explains it : shadow guid seem to becomeing more and more into kickeing 45- out and only keeping the harcore players .
do other people see tis iswell and are there other guilds thet seem to be doingthis iswell?

when a guild decides to go end-game, you better jump, or you lose your chance. I am sure there are many other guilds that will accept you I am sure. All you have to do, unless they just really don't want you, is meet their requirements.

If you play casual and don't give a damn about a guilds goals then don#t complain in the end?

Some guilds actually set their targets the the better of all members because stagnating in boredom is not good for any guild.
