1-What is the addon show class icon/name/hp at top of head for all nearby players?
2-What is the addon he use to make all his spell bars in one side?
3-TargetManager,is better for masspvp instead UnitDetector addon?and how do i remove the player(who targetted me) bar after they dont target me anymore? (seems they won't go away :/ )

First one is NamePlaterBars2, nothing wrong with the original NamePlateBars; just icreator didn't like the style and repositioned things and felt that was worthy of a separate add-on.

Don't use the latest version of TargetsManager - it's severely bugged for our version of allods.

if you don't have an old version, you're sht out of luck
