I don't think so, I've seen ones on elf psi but not on their racial ability.

Nevermind I found that thread, new question- any ideas on how to use that ability and somehow make it worth its 2 minute recovery time. I just made a elf psi class yesterday and wondering if that racial ability would affect my build.

You could stack slightly more int and perc and make a PvP build and pop that with mental explosion pyro and astral blight thing that we do for insta crit.
