Warrior Reincarnation Skills

Question:

How does the acquirable skill, intimidate/intimidation (if i'm not misaken, haha sorry I ain't sure) work? Is it like a stun? or a fear? How long is the effect and what's the cool down.

It's a disable, the target can't use skills for 8 seconds, and it's on a 2maybe3 minute cd idr for sure

ic2. is it counted as a "stun" effect? or is it just like a "silence/no skills allowed effect", also can the target move while under this effect?

It's not a stun, though I think the skill description says it stops them from moving but they can still move

btw, warrior's charge is now affected by slow effects right or how has it been nerfed? is it the same on pally's SOJ?

warrior's charge can be interrupted now, and it used to not be that way. so say a warden uses a KD while you're mid charge, it'll just end before you reach him. pretty lame

I think so but I'm not 100% sure, as I've never really played pally

they still can heal too but they cant use melee skills im not sure with caster skills.

15 yards
Makes the target unable to cast offensive spells (so healing is still allowed), 2 minute cooldown.

Charge
25 yards (methinks,I have rank3 and the range is increased,so i'm guessing)
Causes you to rush at the target,inflicts damage,fears the target for 2 seconds (can be increased to 4 seconds if you are a warrior with rubies) so the target is unable to move or use abilties, 35 seconds cooldown (methinks again,cooldown is also decreased,though i'm pretty sure that's the cd).
