error -998 Account Blocked

I get the message: "(-998) This account is blocked on this site." after logging and trying to fill up. After choosing any payment option and amount, hitting the "Fill Up' button will give me this error message. As far as i know my account is not banned or anything, i can log into the game and account web page just fine. Any ideas?

edit: well i thought it was fixed. The pending transaction came back denied, so i re-ordered a second time making sure all the info was correct, denied. Still have 2 pending transactions for $10 each on my banks website...Whats this about?

It looks like you registered your account with a false name. For PayPal, credit card, and Google Checkout payments we require the owner of the funding source be the gPotato registrant. Since that was not the case the payments were refunded. We do have a payment consent form that can be filled out to authorize payments. The form is located on the payment option page and would need to be sent to us along with proof of identification. Without sending in the form you can use any of our other payment methods.

I did use a false name on the billing info not realizing you could not change it. I can understand why you dont allow us to change it however, a message saying so WHILE your filling out the info would be a good addition if it is already not there (i dont remember). Trying the PayPal route now.

The names need to match for credit card, PayPal, and Google Checkout. So to use one of those payment methods you would need to fill out the payment consent form and send it to us along with proof of identification.
