Patch 3.0.02.48 taking 4evr to download

The patch was being downloaded fine until it was about 9/10s of the way finished, then my upload rate went to 0, 20 mins later it started to upload again but only at 16 KB/sec, which is .. bad. The patch has went to 0 Kb/sec upload yet again..

What do I do...

pls halp me. :'(. I downloaded the game today and right after i had to wait for a 20 hour server maintenance and now the freakin new patch won't download >.>. Fix yo patcher plz
