Download crashing

Hay, when ever I click on the downloader, the orange potato thingy pops up then the box will appear and then the download just freeze's
I've been to viewtopic.php?f=9&t=55885&sid=m7pj8cdb8nl9aebtsio9qspj45 and tried all of that, but no luck, i have re-installed the downloader like 4 times but not success, can anyone help me out here?

Oh thanks for that, I think it may be interfering with it, has happened once before
