Installer Not Starting Once Download Completes?

Lately there have been a few users reporting that their download finishes, or gets to 99% and closes, and the installer does not automatically start. Below are some solutions that work to fix this issue:

Please make sure to have all of the latest Windows updates, Java installed and updated, and scripting/activeX enabled on your web browsers. Script/pop-up blockers can also cause issues with the downloader and launcher.

One you have done the above, you can also do a file search on your system for "DATA1.cab". In the same folder as that file should be DATA2, DATA3, DATA4 and setup.exe. If you have all 5 files then you can run the setup.exe and it will install the game. If the files are not there then you can get the ones you are missing from the direct download links on our download page here: http://allods.gpotato.com/?m=game&a=download

If you have to download all of the files manually, put all 5 files (setup.exe and the 4 data cab files) into the same folder. Do not extract anything. Just run the setup.exe file and it will use the data cabs to install the game.
