Game Freeze

After I open up the game from the launcher, the Eula screen appears and the game freezes and closes. That is from my laptop... I copied this to my desktop and it works fine. Any ideas on whats wrong with laptop?

I use CCleaner to clean registry quite often. So this solution did not help.

There is a specific registry cleaner that seems to do the job. It is mentioned in that post.
