Graphics are very washed out and blurry

I have a beast of a PC, but why are my graphics so weird? It's like there is a weird blurry filter on the whole game, and everything has sort of a washed out look to it. I set all the graphical settings to max.

In comparison any other PC game I have is crisp and pleasant to see, but this is an eye strain.

Do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

Yes, Catalyst 12.10 drivers for my Radeon HD 7970.

I also use Windows 8, although I doubt it has anything to do with this.

The menus are very neat and clear, but there's something really wrong with the in-game graphics themselves.

Well, at this time Allods does not support Windows 8 so that could be the problem. It was not designed with Windows 8 in mind and the changes made in it.

You should check the settings of both your video card and Allods in-game but we cannot make further suggestions at the current time.

Since we do not support Windows 8, at this time we cannot provide any direct support.

its the same issue that flyff had with people running windows 7. youll have to either put up with garbage graphics or sandbox vista/7 to get it to work
