I just finished downloading the game, got everything setup and installed but when i went to go log in i got the message 'A connection could not be established'. So i tried restarting my computer and my router to see if that solved the problem... Nothing. Then i tried opening the ports necessary for the game and making sure that my firewall isn't blocking anything and even tried running it with my firewall turned off still to no success. Finally i tried uninstalling and re-installing, again nothing.. i still keep getting the error 'A connection could not be established'. I've seen that other people are having a similar problem with no similar success on fixing it. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance

I've tried a ridiculous number of things to try to get this game to work, spent hours of searching for answers and begging for help. Tech support e-mails can't seem to come up with a solution and Tech Support on the forums just keeps linking me to the same link over and over and over again. I'm going to try to find some help ONE LAST TIME cause i really want to play this game, it looks awesome and i really want to give it a try but it's becoming too much of a headache at this point Please someone help.

The problem I'm having is i can't seem to connect to the game servers i just keep getting the error Game Server: Cannot establish a connection. I've done everything on viewtopic.php?f=9&t=57018&sid=mpj90v9o0de06d1q7js3b4ull0 So please don't link me to that i may just kill myself. I've also done everything that the tech support e-mails have told me to do, I've sent them screenshots, even videos showing what problem i am having, I've even gone so far as to download that cintrep internet thing and had it run everything to see if that fixed anything and nothing. So I'm begging for someone who once had this problem and found a way to fix it to please help me or for someone kind enough to please walk me threw a way to get this game to work.

Well i have some new information that will maybe help someone in figuring out why i can't connect, Today i tried to click on the registration button on the games launcher to see if maybe that link took me to a different place then where i made my account in the first place. But when i click on it, just takes me to a blank internet explorer page and doesn't actually open up wherever it is trying to go. Is that link just broken on the launcher? Or could whatever is causing that link not to work for me be the same reason why i can't connect to the servers?

Well i followed up on my internet explorer idea i updated it and made sure it was up to date and didn't need any updates, still can't open the links. Not like it matters this is a pretty 1 sided conversation here isn't it. maybe someone nice will help me some day.

It is probably the same thing. Something is blocking your connection to either the site, IPs, or certain ports.

Where are you trying to connect from...a home? Dorm?

If it's a dorm, its possible that your connection is being blocked by your network administrator. You'll have to talk with them to see if they can give you access.

If it's a home, it's possible your firewall or router is doing something similar and you'll need to check the settings. Did you also try the solution at the bottom of that post you've been linked to?

I have also tried everything listed in that post and I mean EVERYTHING not a single bit of it works.

my friend who lives in the same area as me is able to get into the game perfectly fine with no problems whatsoever. I have checked, double checked, and even triple checked everything on the list you provided to find something that will help me be able to connect but none of it does.

I guess I'll just give up uninstall it and take my time/money elsewhere.

My boyfriend, who lives in the same house as me, is online and playing but I cannot "establish a connection" I am so lost. I have also gone through EVERYTHING over and over. I give up! A game should not be *this* frustrating.

I too am about ready to give up, the game looks great but it's becoming far to much of a hassle to get it to work and yes i have tried that link at the bottom downloaded it and ran everything it had to offer it did not work all's it did was mess up all my computer settings. The tech support via e-mail has been pretty helpful they gave me lots of advice on what to try and do that no one on the forums told me, they even went as far as changing the nickname of someone on the forum with the same name as my account name to see if that fixed it, sadly it didn't. I'm not sure where to go from here I've tried everything and clearly I'm not the only one with the problem, nor the only one without a solution.
