Overwolf not recording

Hello all i am having the problem of overwolf isnt recording anything when i try to.I run windows xp sp3 i have a wmv file and a .ow file in my overwolf video's section the wmv file is empty and i cant open the .ow file,all help welcome. thank you for taking the time to read my post

How to send Overwolf logs:
Go to "Start" > Search for %localappdata% > Search and enter to Overwolf directory > Search for Log directory > Make a RAR File from the Log folder > Send to this email: team@overwolf.com
