Judging from all the other specs. of them, go for the Asus.
It is capable of running Crysis 2 like games.

??? what do you mean judging by the spec, all of the specs are the same except for the prcoessor. and i5 is known to be working extremly well processor and compare to AMD. i am aware that intel graphic card is crap for gaming but im sure it is capable of running allods, diablo 3 right??!?

The i5 may be faster than the a6, but the Intel integrated graphics are known for being crappy crap, also the Acer has only 4GB of RAM, while the Asus has 8GB.

If you are planning to use it to play Allods (or any other game in fact) I recommend the Asus one.
