Dark Council is a guild for mature, casual players who want to experience end-game content. Our members play to have fun and relax in their spare time, and we acknowledge this as a basic right. We equally value our members no matter how much time they have to play, and remember that people are more important than gear.

Dark Council is guided by a guild Constitution and elects its officers to three-month terms. Decisions affecting the guild are made by either Senior Officer vote or Guild-wide vote as dictated by the Constitution. All members are guaranteed equal representation, and all officers are bound by the outcome of the popular decision.
