[ Addon ] CustomZoneAnnounce

A simple addon to replace the default UI zone announcer with one that is a touch more informative (at times) and a lot less obnoxious (in my opinion.) Those of you following the 'Useful Addons' thread will recognize it, this is my original version (which citizenkane_ modded to suit his tastes.) Use whichever version you prefer.
