Experience isn't necessary, the basis of guilds are to help right? Well if you're either good at rp bad at rp or just don't know how to do it, we're here for you. <3

It's freeform RP and only structured when you RP it as such. As soon as I get enough RP members I'll be hosting guild meetings to discuss such topics.
