Astral ship

Can anyone tell me what quest(s) I have to do to get an astral ship and where to begin? Also what level do you have to be? I just hit 31 and I can enter my hangar. Hopefully I can have a ship soon

You'll receive 3 licenses while questing through some of the next zones.
When you have all of them you can start building your ship and reduce the time to a couple of days.
You could start building it without these licenses but then it would take about a month for your ship to be ready.

I think the ship options become available at level 35.

Yeah, when you reach lvl 35 you'll get a quest to start building a ship.
