Nezeb Port Portal

ok i've been going to a couple a4's. just turned 51 recently...but i have no idea how to get the nezeb port portal...anyone have an idea how to get it?

You have to have an astral ship. Once your ship is built, the ability to use that portal is unlocked. An easy solution to this is to port to the Isle of Revelation and then click on the option that ports you to Nezebgrad. It is not listed with all of the places to port to, however. It's a specific speaking option when you click on the teleporter.

Since the patch everyone is able to get the Nezebgrad port portal aswell as the yaskers tower one without a quest. Just go there, teleport somewhere and it should be in your list.
