Lightwood quest progression

Hmm. Good question there.... but I can't check that as I've already turned in all of those I've had. And medium sacrament scroll/4th page are a wee bit too expensive for me to acquire now.
Player/GM help please?

It only counts important quests, so no item shop quests like the pages should be included in this count.

Also Strange Cultist and Demonic Threat both complete in Novograd and not Lightwood, so they aren't part of the count either.
