Bloody Goblin Head

I am looking through my inventory and I have a bloody goblin head ( quest item ) in my bad. Now for the life of me I can't figure out what quest this was tired too. Its somewhere on wild isles.

Someone told me to put it on a pike in the middle island but its not able to be interacted with.
