This is In Tenebra and Its a world quest to kill Adrian Valir I think his name is. This quest never became available to me and i have been trying to figure out what I missed to get it. I checked every npc in tenebra and Done the 3 quests hidden that i could find. Mask in the chest-book my the lamias-book by the guy you escort from teh shore. Any help would be appreciated.
