whats the name of the quest where get the lv 10 sholder pads

hello everybody yes i know i spelt loads of stuff wrong in the title its because i couldnt squeeze all the stuff in anyways, What is the name of the npc you get that quest of and what is the quest called? if anyone could tell me i would appreciate it

step 1: go to Yasker's tower in Nezebgrad. (the big building in the middle of the city)

step 2:when you enter yasker's tower go downstairs to the basement level. (there are 2 stairs in the middle of the lobby where u can enter the basement)

step 3: there are 2 rooms in the basement opposite of each other. check both rooms in the basement, there will be a very big orc npc in one of the rooms. he has the quest which gives you the shoulder pads once you complete it.

the shoulder pads u first receive are the private's shoulder pads.to get higher ranked shoulder pads, you have to complete some quests in igsh recruitment center. dont worry, u'll find the quests eventually,theyre everywhere in igsh.

shoulder pad ranks are as follows:

private/corporal/ensign/sergeant/and lieutenant i think
