can anyone tell me where exactly is the treasure?

I scoured the area for quite some time. I'm becoming convinced that one of two boss monsters are involved. I have found a few "bosses". I was able to solo the Inferno Elemental, the Burning Elemental, and the HQ Tep Blades (Forgot the name). None of these dropped anything but normal loot.

However, there are two other bosses that are nasty (kinda like destroyer) that I obviously can't solo. One is the Mutated Desert Scorpion and the other is a _different_ named Tep Blade (can't remember his name, but it is a single word and starts with 'S').

I really feel like one of those two bosses must have something to do with it, but will need at least a party (if not a raid) to take them down and find out.

Will be in-game later tonight if anybody wants to get together and give it a shot.

It's a brazier in the S part of UMOT (or whatever is it called).

Odd. I found and approached this brazier last night while searching about but it didn't allow me any interaction, nor did being in the vicinity of it trigger any sort of quest progress.

I wrote it off as being something else. Tonight I will try to abandon and restart the quest and go back up there again. The brazier didn't really fit the quest's description of the treasure, but I guess that doesn't really mean anything. Lost in translation or whatever.

Lots of the treasure chests aren't actual chests. They're just something valuable.

Make sure you've got a free slot in your quest log or you won't be able to get the quest to get the treasure. Also there seems to be a thing, either level requirement or you can't be on another harvesting mission that might interfere with the ability to get a treasure. Not sure which, but sometimes the treasure just can't be gotten. One treasure a day, too, so if you got the chest in another area in the last 24 hours, that one will probably not work, either.

Peasantnaze was correct. My problem was simply that I had already obtained a treasure for the day. Waiting until reset allowed me to complete this quest by interacting with the brazier.

There is a known bug with Treasure quests in the different zones....

Somehow you get bugged and if you pick up the treasure quest BEFORE you find the object to interact with it will not allow you to select it..at all...

To test this find the object and abandon the quest....as soon as you do you can then pick-up the chest from the object.

Only way around this is once you know your bugged you should not accept anymore treasure quests until you locate and obtain that chest first...then go accept the quests and it will auto-complete....otherwise you have to abandon it and you can't get it back..
