Consider the amount of time a summoner has to wait for his stun to work even if he is spamming his stun, all summoner stuns are long set ups. Binding curse into strike of justice is hardly jumping through hoops, If anything its just the waste of 1 cc for a better cc.

Binding Curse has a 20 yard range...
In other words, you have to get close enough to slow them down, to knock them down... Warriors can just charge in from 35 yards and OH WHAT DO YOU KNOW, CCED.
Also, the part where warrior charge is not affected by Ballade and Paladin knockdown is

Paladins have heals...
They are much more powerful than warriors.
